HipHopCube is a virtual musical instrument developed by ButtonBass. It can be operated in pretty much the same manner as the more popular Launchpads by Ableton, meaning that you can press one of its buttons to start or stop the playing of a specific beat or sound.
As its name says, HipHopCube is specialized in producing beats and sounds that are more specific to Hip Hop music. ButtonBass has developed similar “cubes” that can play beats specific to other genres, like Dubstep, Trap, or Reggaeton.
HipHopCube is very easy to use. It’s just a cube section with buttons, and you only have to press any of those buttons to start or stop the playback of certain beats. Anyone can use it.
I also like about this tool the fact that it can record the playback of your beats. The playback of the beats can be started or stopped using either mouse clicks or pressing specific keys. Last but not least, HipHopCube is also free. The only disadvantages of this tool are the fact that it requires Adobe AIR in order to be installed and used, and the fact that the beats are not customizable: you can only use the existing, already-provided ones, you cannot add new ones. Anyway, this application is nice and interesting for any music fan, so I recommend at least trying it.

- Easy-to-use
